1. About these terms

This site (the Site) sells original music downloads, travel photography prints, and 3D-printed designs directly to you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, reach out through the contact form before you order — we're happy to clarify.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices shown for physical items (3D prints) are for the item itself only — shipping is calculated separately and added at checkout, before you're asked to pay. Applicable taxes, if any, are also calculated at checkout.

3. Digital products (music & photo downloads)

Music tracks, albums, and high-resolution photo downloads are delivered instantly after payment as downloadable files. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, all digital purchases are final once the download link has been issued — we're unable to offer refunds for a change of mind. If a file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise doesn't work, contact us and we'll make it right at no charge.

Purchasing a download grants you a personal-use license to listen to, view, and enjoy the file. It doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying music, photograph, or design, and you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use purchased files for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Physical products (3D prints)

3D-printed items are made to order. Please allow us reasonable time to print and pack your order before it ships — estimated production and delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

• Shipping — currently available within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and is not included in the listed item price. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier; we're not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once shipped, though we'll always do what we can to help resolve a carrier issue.
• Customized & personalized items — some prints can be ordered with a custom color or personalized text. Because these are made specifically for you, customized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except where the finished item arrives defective or damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered.
• Standard (non-customized) items — may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in its original condition. Contact us first through the contact form to arrange a return; items sent back without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & refunds — summary

To request a return or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact form with your order details and, if the item arrived damaged or defective, a photo. We'll respond with next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected (or immediately for confirmed defects/damage, at our discretion). Digital downloads, and customized/personalized prints once production has started, are excluded from returns as described above.

6. Raffles & giveaways

Where a raffle or giveaway is running, entries — whether purchased or earned through a free entry method — are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchasing entries is entirely optional; free entry methods are always available when a raffle is active. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.

7. Intellectual property

All music, photography, 3D designs, and site content are the original work of the artist and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site or in a purchased file grants you rights beyond the personal-use license described above.

8. Limitation of liability

Products and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site or our policies change; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
